Pre-order items refer to products that are not yet officially released but can be purchased in advance to ensure delivery after the official release date. The “Release Day” mentioned in the product description reflects the official launch date, while the actual dispatch date is dependent on when we receive the stock.

Items still marked as “PRE-ORDER” after the official release date indicate that the product is not yet in stock and cannot be dispatched. All other orders will be processed in the sequence they were placed, regardless of the shipping method chosen (express or standard). Early shipment guarantee services are exclusively available to SILVERMINE CLUB - V.I.P. members.

When placing a pre-order, the price and quantity of items are secured based on the amount paid at the time of purchase. While we strive to provide accurate pricing ahead of the release date, market conditions and the unique nature of certain products may occasionally cause fluctuations.

Changes to the price of a pre-order product before or after its release will not result in refunds or adjustments for price reductions. Likewise, no additional payment will be required if the price increases.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.

For existing orders, separate shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us via email. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply if the order no longer qualifies for free delivery.
