Track your order

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Silvermine does not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities. If your parcel is lost due to an error by the postage company; please contact us and we can input a claim to them. This will be at our discretion.
All items are covered up to £150 for all lost or stolen items(as suggested by Royal Mail). We will suggest all our customer to upgrade their parcel to Special Delivery for higher rate of protections. 

Silvermine is a UK based company, the following Refund / Cancellation Policy applies to all local and worldwide orders.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

Return details

All orders qualify for 14 days of return period after product delivery, any return after 14 days does not qualify for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its Original Condition (Sealed, with Silvermine Sticker). We will not accept return on orders because of a decrease in price of an individual items.
All returned orders will be subject to inspection from our product team. Once the product has passed our inspection, we will notify you by email and proceed the refund. All returned items which are not due to damages prior to delivery will  subject to a restocking, transaction and Admin fee to cover our loss during transaction. Only items in regular price can be refunded.
To start your return, please email us with your order number for more details. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items and it is not refundable. We will always recommend our customer to ship the item back with a trackable service, we will not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item.

Cancellation of order (including pre-orders) will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our transaction and administration fees.
