How can I become a SILVERMINE CLUB member?
If you're new to Silvermine, After successful by signing up on our website, You'll be enrolled to SILVERMINE CLUB and it will start earning SilverPoints immediately after your first purchase.
SILVERMINE CLUB Tier
There are five tiers in SILVERMINE CLUB: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, V.I.P.
SILVERMINE CLUB tier Validity and Downgrading
Unless you're upgraded, you'll stay in your tier permanently.
*Your SilverPoints will expired if your account inactive for 1 year
SilverPoints will not be expired unless your account has been inactive for 1 year.
*Your currently tier will not be downgraded
Can I opt out of SILVERMINE CLUB?
To opt-out of SILVERMINE CLUB, please email us to cancel your membership account. Once we received your request, you'll no longer accumulate any SilverPoints from your account and also you'll lose your tier.
Please note if you rejoin the SILVERMINE CLUB, your account will be treated as a new account and it won't be able reinstate your previous tier or SilverPoints.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, close, or merge additional SILVERMINE accounts at any time. Furthermore, we may cancel, withdraw, or amend these terms and conditions, as well as the SILVERMINE Access program and its associated benefits, at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, all final decisions rest solely with SILVERMINE.
