Blind Box Return & Defect Policy
All of our Blind Box items are factory sealed and sold as collectible products. Once the outer box has been opened, we regret that no exchange or refund can be offered.
If you believe your item has a serious defect, we kindly ask that you contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order.
To help avoid any disputes, we strongly encourage customers to record a video when opening the parcel. The video should clearly show:
- the shipping label
- the unopened package
- any defects visible upon unsealing
