All of our blind box items are factory sealed and sold as collectible products, which cannot be inspected prior to opening. Once the outer box has been opened, we regret that exchanges or refunds cannot be offered.

Packaging Notice:
Due to the fragile design of the manufacturer's packaging, the perforated tear strips or outer box may slightly pop open or crease during transit. Please rest assured that the internal contents remain 100% sealed and the figure inside is unaffected. Please consider this before ordering if you are looking for a flawless outer box.

If you believe your item has a serious defect, we kindly ask that you contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order.

To help avoid any disputes, we strongly encourage customers to record a video when opening the parcel. The video should clearly show:

• the shipping label
• the unopened package
• any defects visible upon unsealing
