All of our blind box items are factory sealed and sold as collectible products, which cannot be inspected prior to opening. Once the outer box has been opened, we regret that exchanges or refunds cannot be offered.
If you believe your item has a serious defect, we kindly ask that you contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order.
To help avoid any disputes, we strongly encourage customers to record a video when opening the parcel. The video should clearly show:

the shipping label

the unopened package

any defects visible upon unsealing
