Unless you're upgraded, you'll stay in your tier permanently.
*Your SilverPoints will expired if your account inactive for 1 year

SilverPoints will not be expired unless your account has been inactive for 1 year.
*Your currently tier will not be downgraded

Can I opt out of SILVERMINE CLUB?

To opt-out of SILVERMINE CLUB, please email us to cancel your membership account. Once we received your request, you'll no longer accumulate any SilverPoints from your account and also you'll lose your tier.
Please note if you rejoin the SILVERMINE CLUB, your account will be treated as a new account and it won't be able reinstate your previous tier or SilverPoints.
We reserve the right to refuse, close or merge additional SILVERMINE accounts at any time. We may cancel, withdraw or alter these terms and conditions and SILVERMINE Access programme/benefits at any time without notice.
